Download and Print Message History

Families can easily download their message history with any teacher they have ever exchanged messages with using the ClassDojo website. Here's how:

1. Log into your parent account on the ClassDojo website
2. Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen
3. Click on "Account Settings"
4. Scroll down and under the "Messaging" heading click "Download" next to "Message history"
5. Select the name of the teacher you would like to download a message history with and it will download automatically. 

Please note: This will be a .txt file so you will need a program that can open .txt files in order to access this. Also, if there were any teacher-deleted messages, these will not be available within your downloaded .txt file.
