Request to Connect to Your Child's Teacher

If you have not received an invite or parent code from your child's teacher, you can search for your child's teacher and send a request to connect to your child.

First you will want to create a parent account or login to your existing parent account and then follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Add a child"
  2. Click on "Add child through teacher"

  3.  Type in your child's school's name until the correct school name appears and then click on the school name. If you can't find the school, click on the blue button that says "Invite your child's teacher" which then allows you to send an email to your child's teacher letting them know about ClassDojo!
  4. Click on your child's teacher's name from the list.
  5. Enter your child's first and last name in the box. You may select the student's name from the list of auto-populated names (first name and last initial) or type the student's full name if the student's name does not appear in the list.

  6. Click "Request to connect."

  7. Your connection will show as pending until the teacher approves the request.

  1. Tap on the "Kids" tab at the bottom of the screen
  2. Tap on the purple "+ Add child" button
  3. Tap on "Add child through a teacher"

  4. Type in your child's school's name until the correct school name appears and then select the school's name. If you can't find the school, tap on the blue button that says "Invite your child's teacher" which then allows you to send an email to your child's teacher letting them know about ClassDojo!
  5. Tap on your child's teacher's name from the list
  6. Enter your child's first and last name in the box. You may select the student's name from the list of auto-populated names (first name and last initial) or type the student's full name if the student's name does not appear in the list.
