How Do I Update My School's District?
If your school's District name is listed incorrectly, please click "Edit, and then click "Request to Edit" and this will create an email to us at schoolleaders@classdojo.com. Provide the correct district information and our support team will be happy to update this for you in our system. If your school is outside of the U.S., your District name will be "unknown" and this will not affect the functionality of your account in any way.
How Do I Update My School's Domain?
If your school's domain is incorrect, and your school staff is using a school or district domain for your email addresses, please click "Edit, and then click "Request to Edit" and this will create an email to us at schoolleaders@classdojo.com. Provide the updated domain and our support team will be happy to make the change for you. This will allow teachers who create their accounts using their school email to auto-verify their accounts.
How Do I Update My School's Start and End Dates?
Verified School Leaders and Mentors can easily update the start date and end date for your current school year by clicking "Edit", selecting a month and date from the drop-down menu, and clicking "Submit". The year will automatically update.
