From the Web
On your student account on the website, you can record a video up to 8 minutes long to send to your teacher. Here's how:
- Log into your student account
- Click "Video" at the top of the screen to record a new video (Please note: A pre-recorded video cannot be uploaded via the website to Portfolios at this time)
- Click the Blue camera button to begin recording and the red stop button when you are finished.

When you click stop, you will have several options in the next window. On the left side of the screen: You can click "Retake" to redo the video from scratch. You can click "Close" to discard the video. You can click "Save" to save the video as a draft. On the right side of the screen: You will want to choose the class that the video should be posted to (you can change this by clicking the small blue arrow and then choosing the correct class from the drop-down menu
- When you are ready to post the video, select "Hand in" in the upper right corner
- The video will be sent to your teacher for approval. Once it is approved it will be posted to your Student Portfolio for you and your parents to see!

iOS
On your student account on the iOS app you can record a video or upload a pre-recorded video up to 8 minutes long to send to your teacher. Here's how:
- Log into your student account on the iOS app
- Click on the name of the class that you would like to post a video to.
- Next to "My Portfolio" tap "Create new".
- Select "Video"
- You can choose a video already recorded on your device to upload by selecting "Camera Roll" after selecting the "Video" icon. Choose the video and then click the gray "airplane" icon.
- Or you can record a video in the app by clicking the red record button to start recording and then the red stop button to end the recording. Click "retake" or "use video" at bottom of the screen to move to the next step.

You can type a description about the video in the box that says "Type your story..."; You will want to make sure that the correct class is selected (click the grey downward-facing arrow next to the class name to change what class you are posting the video to). When you are ready to send the video to your teacher, click the black paper airplane button.
- The video will be sent to your teacher for approval. Once it is approved it will be posted to your Student Portfolio for you and your parents to see!

Android
On your student account on the Android app you can record a video or upload a pre-recorded video up to 8 minutes long to send to your teacher. Here's how:
- Log into your student account on the Android app
- Click on the name of the class that you would like to post a video to
- Next to "My Portfolio" tap "Create new".
- Select "Video".
- You can click on the picture icon in the lower left corner to choose a video already recorded on your device to upload. Choose the video and then click "Select" and "Confirm".
- Or you can record a video in the app by clicking the red record button to start recording and then the red stop button to end the recording.
- You can type a description of the video in the box that says, "Say something about your video...". You will want to make sure that the correct class is selected (click the grey downward-facing arrow next to the class name to change what class you are posting the video to). When you are ready to send the video to your teacher, click the blue paper airplane button.
- The video will be sent to your teacher for approval. Once it is approved, it will be posted to your Student Portfolio for you and your parents to see!
