If you subscribed to ClassDojo Plus through Apple iTunes, you will need to contact Apple with your refund request. ClassDojo does not manage Apple’s subscriptions, and we are not able to process refunds for Apple subscriptions. Refunds are made at the discretion of Apple.
Here's how to request a refund directly through Apple:
- Go to https://getsupport.apple.com/
- Select "Billing & Subscriptions"
- Select "Subscriptions & Purchases"
- Select "Request a refund"
- From here, you can choose "Request a refund" or "Email." Apple recommends selecting "Request a refund."
- If you select "Request a refund," you will need to log into your Apple iTunes account at this time. Once you have signed in, select "Report a Problem" next to the ClassDojo Plus purchase.
- Select "I'd like to request a refund" from the drop-down and then describe the problem before selecting "Submit."
Note: Please make sure you have canceled your subscription so that you are not charged again. Since subscriptions are managed through Apple, we are not able to cancel your subscription on our end. Click here for detailed instructions on how to cancel your ClassDojo Plus subscription.
Android
If you subscribed to ClassDojo Plus via the Google Play Store, we will be happy to honor your refund request according to the following timetable:
- If you are an annual subscriber, we can honor a refund request made within 30 days of the subscription purchase.
- If you are a monthly subscriber, we can honor a refund request made within 7 days of the subscription purchase.
Refunding your subscription will terminate subscription features immediately.
If you signed up for ClassDojo Plus through Google Play and your refund request fits within this criteria, please reach out to us directly at plus@classdojo.com with a refund request.
From the Web
If you subscribed via email or through the website, we will be happy to honor your refund request
according to the following timetable:
- If you are an annual subscriber we can honor a refund request made within 30 days of the subscription purchase.
- If you are a monthly subscriber we can honor a refund request made within 7 days of the subscription purchase.
Refunding your subscription will terminate subscription features immediately.
