We prefer for ClassDojo Mentors to be teachers who use our product on a daily basis, are familiar with all of its features, and feel comfortable helping their colleagues learn and troubleshoot.
We do recognize that School Leaders need to oversee programs being used school-wide, which is why we've created School Leader accounts. Verified School Leader accounts give the same access and privileges as ClassDojo Mentors such as managing their School's Directory (i.e., add and remove teachers and students) and moderating their school's School Story (i.e., edit and delete School Story posts).
If your school does not have a Mentor set up yet, please email us at schoolleaders@classdojo.com to verify your School Leader account and to nominate a teacher who would be a great fit for this role. In the email, please CC the teacher you are nominating using the email address that their ClassDojo account is under. From there, they can accept the nomination and we will get them set up!
