View Your Child’s Point Report

If your child’s teacher has elected to share points with families, you can view reports for the past two weeks in your children's classes.  

Here’s how:  

  1. Log into your parent account on the ClassDojo website
  2. Select the name of the child whose report you would like to view from the left side of the screen under “All Stories”

  3. Click “View [Child’s Class Name] Report”

  4. You can switch between viewing points for “This Week”, “Last Week” and “Two weeks ago” by clicking on “This Week” in the upper right corner of the pop-up box Screen_Shot_2021-04-06_at_8.09.40_AM.png

Please Note:

  • If your child is in more than one class, each class will be listed separately; you must select each class individually to view each report
  • You can view daily or weekly reports for up to 14 days. "Month" and "Year" reports will be available on the app for families who are subscribed to ClassDojo Plus.
  • Your child’s full report is also accessible from their teacher’s account. You can request this report from the teacher at any time or email us at parents@classdojo.com for further assistance.

iOS

If your child’s teacher has elected to share points with families, you can view your child's class reports for the past two weeks.  

Here’s how:  

  1. Tap on the "Kids" tab at the bottom of the home screen and select "View Report" next to your child's name.

  2. To switch which type of points you are viewing, click “All Points,”  and then select which points you would like to see. (i.e., "All School Points" or a specific class)

  3. You can view more points by selecting "See More". You are able to view points for up to 14 days. When you subscribe to ClassDojo Plus you can view points for this week, month, year, or last year.

Android 

If your child’s teacher has elected to share points with families, you can view your child's class reports for the past two weeks. 

Here’s how:  

  1. Log into your parent account on the Android app
  2. Tap on the "Kids" tab at the bottom of the screen and select "View Report" for the child whom you would like to view the report for.

  3. You can choose to view your child’s points for a specific class or for all classes by selecting “All Points.” Once you have selected which points you would like to view, select "View results."

  4. You can choose to view your child’s points for a specific time period by selecting “This week.” Parents can view points for the past 14 days. When you subscribe to ClassDojo Plus, you can also view points for this month, this year, or last year. Once you have selected which points you would like to view, select "View results."

  5.  You can select "See More" to view more points.
