Please note:  Your ringer needs to be turned on (not on silent) on your device for all sounds to work.

Next, try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Log out of your ClassDojo accounts, then delete and reinstall the app completely
  2. If you have access to a computer, check to see if this issue is happening on the website as well
  3. Make sure your device is running the latest operating system. Here's how: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204204
