We’re sorry to hear that the sounds aren’t working on the Story or Portfolio video you’re trying to watch. Let’s get this fixed ASAP!

Please try these troubleshooting steps first:

  1. If you are not already using it, download the Google Chrome browser. You can download it for free at http://www.google.com/chrome. This is by far the most powerful browser and will run the best with our site! If you’re not sure what browser version you’re using, check here: https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/
  2. Make sure your device is running the latest operating system and check for any other software updates
  3. Check to see if the volume settings on your device are set to an audible level

Please note:  Your ringer needs to be turned on (not on silent) on your device for all sounds to work.

Next, try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Log out of your ClassDojo accounts, then delete and reinstall the app completely
  2. If you have access to a computer, check to see if this issue is happening on the website as well
