If you subscribed to Beyond School via Apple iTunes, your subscription is managed by Apple iTunes and will need to be canceled through the subscription plan on your iOS device.
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Go to “Settings” on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name
- Select “Subscriptions”
- Here you’ll see your active subscriptions. Tap on “ClassDojo”
- Tap “Cancel Subscription”
- Confirm your cancellation on the pop-up
Please Note:
- Deleting your ClassDojo parent account will NOT cancel your Beyond School Subscription.
- Your Apple iTunes account will be charged 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
- Subscription features will remain in your account until the end of the current paid period after canceling.

Android
If you subscribed to Beyond School via Google Play, your subscription is managed by Google Play and will need to be canceled through the subscription plan on your Android device.To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store
- Sign into your Google account
- Tap the three lined menu bar and select "Subscriptions"
- Select "ClassDojo"
- Tap "Cancel subscription"
- Follow the feedback prompts, then confirm your cancellation on the pop-up

- Deleting your ClassDojo parent account will NOT cancel your Beyond School Subscription.
- Your Google Play account will be charged 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
- Subscription features will remain in your account until the end of the current paid period after canceling.

From the Web
If you subscribed to Beyond School via an email or through the ClassDojo website you can cancel on the website at http://home.classdojo.com/#/subscription. Just use your ClassDojo login and follow the steps to cancel.
