I cannot see my points

There may be two different reasons why you're not able to see your points on your Student Account Report:

  • You haven't entered your student code yet
  • You must get a parent's approval

To enter your student code

Your student code is used to connect you to your teacher. It's a 7 digit code that starts with an “S.”

Student codes can only be passed out by your teacher, so if you don't have one, ask your teacher for it.

  1. Once you have your code, enter it into your account
  2. Click on the Join a School link on the far left side of the screen
  3. Enter your Student Code into the text field marked “Your Code”
  4. Click on the “Submit Code”

To have your parent verify the account

There are two ways a parent can verify a student account. Both methods require that the parent use the web version of the program.

OPTION 1: Verify through the Parent Account

This is the easiest way to verify a student account, and is highly recommended. To do this:

  1. Log into your parent account on the website
  2. Click on the student's name, you'll now see a green button on the right side that says “Confirm Your Student's Account”
  3. Click on this green button, and you're all set! The student's account has been verified!

OPTION 2: Verify the account through the Student Account by email

  1. Log into the student account through the website
  2. One of two things may happen depending on whether the student has logged into the account via the website before. Parents may see a prompt to enter their student's age. If this was already done previously, they'll be brought directly to a prompt near the top of the page to enter their email address.
  3. Enter the email address you want tied to the student account (password resets will be sent to this address)
  4. Submit the email address
  5. Go into your email account and open the confirmation/verification email from us
  6. Click on the Activate link in the email and follow the prompts to activate the account

iOS

  3. Select “Add or Remove Student Code”
  4. Click on “Add Student Code”
  5. Enter the code into the field and click on Add New Student Code

To get parent permission

  1. Enter your parent's email address when prompted in the app
  2. Have your parent check their email account and open the confirmation/verification email from us
  3. Click on the Activate link in the email and follow the prompts to activate the account

Android

  3. Select “Add or Remove Student Code”
  4. Click on “Add Student Code”
  5. Enter the code into the field and click on Add New Student Code

To get parent permission

  2. Have your parent check their email account and open the confirmation/verification email from us
  3. Click on the Activate link in the email and follow the prompts to activate the account
