I Cannot See My Points

There may be two different reasons why you're not able to see your points on your Student Account Report:

  • You haven't entered your student code yet
  • You must get a parent's approval

To enter your student code

Your student code is used to connect you to your teacher. It's a 7-9 digit code that starts with an “S.”

Student Codes can only be passed out by a teacher, so if you don't have one, ask your teacher for it.

  1. Once you have your code, enter it into your account
  2. Click on the Join a Class link on the far left side of the screen
  3. Enter your Student Code into the text field marked “Your Code”
  4. Click on the “Submit Code”

To have your parent verify the account

There are two ways a parent can verify a student account: by email, inside their parent account. Both methods require that the parent use the web version of the program.

  1. Tap the gear icon
  2. Select “Add or Remove Student Code”
  3. Tap “Add a New Student”
  4. Enter your Student Code, then tap "Add"

To Request Parent Approval:

  1. Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner
  2. Tap "Invite a Parent"
  3. Enter your parent's email, then tap "Add"

  1. Tap on the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner of your screen
  2. Tap on “Add or remove student code”
  3. Tap on “Add Student Code”                                 
  4. Enter your Student Code and tap the "Add New Student Code"

To get parent approval:

  1. Tap on the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner of the screen
  2. Tap on "Invite parent"
  3. Enter your parent's email address, and tap the blue "Invite" button 20170703_131806.png
  4. Have your parent check their email account and open the confirmation/verification email from us
  5. Have your parent Click on the Activate account link in the email, then follow the prompts to activate the account
