I Cannot See My Points

There may be four different reasons why you're not able to see your points on your Student Account Report:

  1. You haven't connected to your class yet
  2. Your teacher hasn’t awarded you feedback points this week
  3. Your teacher has their point sharing preference setting disabled for the class
  4. You must get a parent's approval

How to connect to your class

  1. Scan the whole group or your individual QR code via the web at dojo.me or the app
  2. Enter the text code via the web or app at dojo.me
  3. Enter your Google sign-in email address and password via the web at dojo.me

No Feedback Points Awarded This Week

If your teacher hasn’t awarded you feedback points this week, your report will appear blank. Check in with your teacher to see if they plan on awarding you feedback points soon so you can see your progress in class!

Your Teacher Has Point Sharing Disabled

If your teacher has their point sharing preference setting disabled for the class, you will not be able to see your report. Check in with your teacher to see if they plan on changing this setting so you can see your progress in class!

Your Parent Needs to Verify Your Account

There are two ways a parent can verify a student account: by email or through the app after logging into their parent account.
