How to Reset Group Point Bubbles

From the Web

  1. Open your class
  2. Click on "Options," then select "Reset bubbles" from the drop-down menu
  3. Click on the "Groups" tab at the top of the pop-up box
  4. Select all groups for which you'd like to reset bubbles. Use the "Select all" to mark all, "Select none" to remove all selections, or "Select all" then deselect groups, as needed.
  5. Click on the blue "Reset bubbles" button when you're ready to reset group point bubbles

Please Note:

  • There's no way to undo a point reset as this is a permanent change.  Also note that if you're sharing a class, any point resets will reset points for ALL users of that class.  Please be sure all teachers want a reset before taking this action.
  • Resetting point bubbles sets point bubbles back to 0, but it does not remove points from Reports.

iOS

  1. Open your class
  2. Tap the “Groups” button above your student tiles
  3. Click on the 3 dot button in the top right corner of your class screen and select “Reset points”

  4. Select each group for which you want to reset their pointsUpdated_Helpdesk_article_images__97.png
  5. Tap on the blue "Reset points for..." button

  6. Confirm you would like to reset the bubbles for the selected groups by tapping "Reset"

Please note: Point resets are permanent and cannot be reversed.  Resetting point bubbles doesn't remove points from the Reports section.

 

Android 

  1. Open your class
  2. Tap the “Groups” button above your student tiles
