Third Party Service Providers

It's important to us that we keep your information safe and secure. To best provide our services, and keep your information safe, we work with a few other companies (we can’t build everything, after all!). These companies will only have access to the information they need to provide the ClassDojo service.

Here is a list of the essential service providers we work with, and their respective privacy policies to provide a great ClassDojo experience.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting ClassDojo’s servers and data analytics
Amplitude for mobile analytics
Coconut.co for video encoding
CrowdIn for crowdsourcing translations
DataDog for monitoring and visualizing our server performance
Facebook for simple, optional social sharing
Fastly for delivering content through our service faster
Filepicker for uploading user photos
Google Analytics for analytics on our websites
Inspectlet to user experience analytics
Librato for monitoring our performance metrics
Loggly for tracking errors on our website
MongoLab for securely storing and organizing data
Optimizely for testing different versions of our website (“A/B testing”)
Papertrail for logging errors that occur on our apps
Pubnub for managing realtime communication data
Redis Labs for securely storing and organizing data
SendGrid for sending email updates to teachers and parents
SurveyMonkey for sending surveys to teachers and parents
Twilio for text-based invites to ClassDojo
Twitter for simple, optional social sharing
Youtube for video content.  Videos are included using "Privacy-Enhanced Mode"
Zendesk for organizing and handling support requests
