Delete a Parent Account

From the Web

  1. Log into your account via the website here
  2. Click on your icon in the upper right corner of the screen
  3. Click on “Account Settings”
  4. Click on the red “Delete Account” button at the bottom of the pop-up  Screenshot__426_.png
  5. Enter your account password, and click on the red "Delete your account" button to confirm Screenshot__428_.png

Please Note: 

  • Account deletions are permanent. After an account is deleted, we are unable to retrieve any data from the account, including any messaging history.
  • If you are subscribed to ClassDojo Plus, you will need to cancel your subscription before you can delete your account.

iOS 

  1. Log into your account on the ClassDojo app
  2. Click on your icon in the upper left corner 
  3. Tap the gear icon next to your profile nameToggle_iOS.jpeg
  4. At the bottom of the Account settings page click "Delete account"
  5. Enter your password and click "Delete" to delete your accountDelete_Account_iOS.jpeg

Android

At this time, you can only delete your parent account from the Website or on our iOS app.
