There are two common reasons why you may not be able to create a new Parent Account:
- You're already registered with the same email address for a teacher or parent account, and you're using the app.
- You're entering an incorrect parent code, or you're entering a student code
Parent codes are 7-9 digits and start with the letter “P.” Student codes are 7-9 digits and start with the letter “S.”
