Cannot Create a New Parent Account

There are two common reasons why you may not be able to create a new Parent Account:

    1. You're already registered with the same email address for a teacher or parent account, and you're using the app.  Note: You can currently register with the same email address as a parent or teacher on the teacher and parent web login/sign up pages.  Parents will login/register here, Teachers will register/login here.
    2. You're entering an incorrect parent code, or you're entering a student code

Parent codes are 7-9 digits and start with the letter “P.” Student codes are 7-9 digits and start with the letter “S.”
