Cannot Create a New Parent Account

There are two common reasons why you may not be able to create a new parent account:

Duplicate Email

If you’ve already created a parent or teacher account using an email address, you will need to choose a different email address for your new account.

If you'd like us to delete an existing account or you're having trouble with your code, please submit a request here.

Invalid Parent Code

Parent codes are 7-9 digits and start with the letter “P.” If yours does not match this formula, please reach out to your student’s teacher to request the code again.

Please ensure that you are trying to register for a parent account with a parent code by following these instructions or that you have been invited via email by your child's teacher.
