Please ensure that you are trying to register for a parent account with a parent code by following these instructions or that you have been invited via email by your child's teacher.
There are two common reasons why you may not be able to create a new Parent Account:
- You're already registered with the same email address for a teacher or parent account
- You're entering an incorrect parent code (which might be a student account code if it starts with an "S")
Parent codes are 7-9 digits and start with the letter “P.” Student codes are 7-9 digits and start with the letter “S.”
