Parent Code Does Not Work

There are two common reasons why a Parent Code may not work:

    1. Make sure that you're entering a valid Parent Code. Parent Codes starts with a “P" and are 7-9 digits

    2. Make sure you're entering your Parent Code in the correct sign in page here
