Not Seeing Notifications When Teacher Sends a Message

iOS, Android, Email

iOS

When a teacher sends a message, parents will receive a notification either by email or as a push notification from the ClassDojo app. We recommend parents download the ClassDojo app as it's the simplest way to stay in touch with teachers.

When you download the app, you'll get a push notification each time you get a message from your child's teacher.  Emails aren't issued to app users, unless the in-app notification was not successfully delivered.  In order to ensure that you're able to get push notifications, you need to have notifications enabled on your mobile device.

To enable push notifications on an iOS device:

    1. Go to Settings >> Notifications
    2. Find the ClassDojo app, and make sure push notifications are enabled
