I'm Not Receiving Notifications to my Email or Device

iOS

You will be notified via push notification if you use the iOS app. You will receive notifications:

  • When you receive a private message from your child’s teacher 
  • When there is a new Class Story or School Story post 
  • When your child’s teacher has approved a new Portfolio post 
  • When a teacher has scheduled reminders for Class or School Events

If you are not receiving these push notifications, please make sure you are remaining logged into your parent account. You also need to make sure you have notifications enabled on your mobile device.  

To enable push notifications on an iOS device:

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications

    1. Go to Settings >> Application Manager
    2. Find the ClassDojo app, and tick the Show Notifications box
