Not Seeing Notifications When Teacher Sends a Message

iOS, Android, Email

iOS

When a teacher sends a message, parents will receive a notification either by email or as a push notification from the ClassDojo app. We recommend parents download the ClassDojo app as it's the simplest way to stay in touch with teachers.

When you download the app, you'll get a push notifications each time you get a message from your teacher.  Emails aren't issued to app users, except as a back-up method in cases where we may be having in-app notification issues.  In order to ensure that you're able to get push notifications, you need to have notifications enabled on your device.

To do this:

    1. Go to Settings >> Notifications
    2. Find the ClassDojo app, and make sure push notifications are enabled
