Not Receiving Friday Student Reports

We will send you a weekly email reminder to log into your parent account and check your child’s report on Friday afternoons if:

  1. You are exclusively a web user
  2. Your child has received points during the current week
  3. You have not logged into your account yet that week. 

If you meet that criteria and are not receiving these emails on Friday, it likely means you have either been unsubscribed from the ClassDojo mailing list or the email is ending up in your Spam inbox (or another separate inbox, such as Promotions or Social). You may also want to double check that the email address on your account is correct and that your email provider is not blocking emails from ClassDojo.

Keep in mind that this email is simply a reminder. You can view your child’s report at any time by following the instructions in this tutorial.
