My code has already been redeemed or used

If you're getting an error message saying that your code has already been redeemed, it means that you have already created a username using the code. You don't need to create a new account, and your student code is now invalid. You can now log into your student account at student.classdojo.com with the student username and password you created when you registered for your account.

If you cannot remember your username and/or password, you'll need to do the following to retreive them.

Your teacher has access to your student username, and can generate a temporary password to allow you to access your account. All you need to do is ask your teacher.

Your teacher will be able to find your username by doing the following from the teaher website:

  1. Click on the green "Reports" button
  2. Click on the "Student Accounts" tab on the left side of the screen
  3. Find your name, and to the right you'll will see "Username: XX"

Next, have your teacher reset your password.

Your teacher will be able to reset your password by doing the following:

  1. Click on the green "Reports" button
  2. Click on the "Student Accounts" tab on the left side of the screen
  3. Find your name and click on "Forgot Password" to the right
  4. Have them click the blue "Generate Password" button
  5. Have them write down the temporary password for you

Lastly, enter the username and temporary password from the teacher at student.classdojo.com
