Parent has access to the wrong student's report

If a parent used the wrong parent code, or was invited to connect to the wrong student report, no worries! You can revoke that parent's access from your account so that you can offer them the correct connection.

  1. Open the class the parent is associated with
  2. Click the “Reports” tab, then “Parent accounts” (located on the left side of the screen)
  3. Find the student who is connected to the wrong parent
  4. Click the “X” next to the parent email you would like to revoke access
  5. Click “Yes” to confirm the revoke access command
