Parent Has Access to the Wrong Student's Report - Disconnect a Parent

If a parent  was accidentally given the wrong code, or accidentally entered the wrong code, no worries! You can revoke that parent's access from your account so that you can offer them the correct connection.

  1. Open your class
  2. Click "Settings" then on "Connect Parents"  
  3. Find the student who is connected to the wrong parent and click on the avatar to the right of their name
  4. Click "Disconnect" in the pop up
  5. Click "Disconnect Parent" to confirm the disconnection
