If a parent was accidentally given the wrong code, or accidentally entered the wrong code, no worries! You can revoke that parent's access from your account so that you can offer them the correct connection.
- Open your class
- Click on "Invite parents"
- Find the student who is connected to the wrong parent account and click on his/her name
- Click on the downward-facing arrow next to the parent account’s email address and select "Disconnect parent"
- Click on the red "Yes, disconnect parent" button to confirm the disconnection
Fixing a parent's access is easy on the iOS App!
To remove a Parent Account tied to a student in your class using the iOS App:
- Log into your teacher account on the iOS app
- Open the class that the Parent is tied to
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner of your screen and select "Connect parents"
- Scroll down to the Parent account you want to disconnect and tap on that connection
- Tap "Disconnect parent" and confirm you want to disconnect that parent

To remove a Parent Account tied to a student in your class using the Android App:
- Log into your teacher account on the Android app
- Open the class that the Parent is tied to
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of your screen and select "Connect parents"
- Scroll down to the Parent account you want to disconnect and tap on that connection
- Tap "Disconnect parent" and confirm you want to disconnect that parent
