If your students' student codes are not downloading, please try the following:
- Double check that you've already added students to your class. There won't be codes to generate and download if there are no students in the class yet.
- Make sure your computer has the latest version of Adobe PDF Reader. You can download the latest version here.
- Check to see if you can download the PDF when using THE LATEST VERSION of Google Chrome. You can download the latest version of Chrome here (this is the most powerful browser and will run our site the best).
- Check to see if you can download the PDFs from your home computer when connected to your personal internet. Sometimes school firewalls accidentally block our downloads.
