If your child's Report is blank, it could mean a few things:
- Your computer is running an outdated internet browser. We recommend users download the latest version of Google Chrome browser at www.google.com/chrome and try logging in again at https://home.classdojo.com . You can check your browser version here.
- Your internet connection is being blocked by a restrictive firewall. Can you check if the Report is visible when you log in from home on your personal internet connection (i.e., not at the office)?
- Your child's teacher hasn't awarded any points yet. Check with the teacher to be sure that they've awarded points for the week you're viewing.
