How to Cancel your ClassDojo Plus Subscription

The steps on how to cancel your subscription will depend on your subscription provider for ClassDojo Plus.

First, check your subscription provider on your device. Here's how to check:

  1. Go to your Account Settings within the ClassDojo app
  2. Select "ClassDojo Plus"
  3. View the Subscription provider

Your Subscription provider will be one of the following: Stripe, Apple/iTunes, or Google Play.

Stripe

If your Subscription Provider is Stripe, you can cancel through the ClassDojo app or through your account on the ClassDojo website at http://home.classdojo.com/#/subscription/manage.

If you are canceling in the app, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Account Settings within the ClassDojo app
  2. Select "ClassDojo Plus"
  3. Select "Manage/Cancel subscription".                          IMG_6328.jpeg

  6. Click "Cancel plan" again.                                                IMG_6331.jpeg
  7. You will see the confirmation page that will state that your subscription has been canceled and the date your subscription will expire. Please Note:

  • Deleting your ClassDojo parent account will NOT cancel your ClassDojo Plus Subscription.
  • Your account will be charged 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. 
  • Subscription features will remain in your account until the end of the current paid period after canceling.

iOS

Your Subscription provider will be one of the following: Stripe, Apple/iTunes, or Google Play. If your Subscription provider is Stripe, then please see the instructions for "Web." 

 

If you subscribed to ClassDojo Plus via Apple iTunes, your subscription is managed by Apple and will need to be canceled through the subscription plan on your iOS device. For detailed instructions on how to cancel an iOS subscription, check out Apple's tutorial here or follow these steps:

  1. Go to “Settings” on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name
  3. Select “Subscriptions”
  4. Here, you’ll see your active subscriptions. Tap on “ClassDojo”
  5. Tap “Cancel Subscription”
  6. Confirm your cancellation on the pop-up

Please Note:

  • Deleting your ClassDojo parent account will NOT cancel your ClassDojo Plus Subscription. 
  • Your Apple iTunes account will be charged 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. 
  • Subscription features will remain in your account until the end of the current paid period after canceling.

Android

  2. Select "ClassDojo Plus"
  3. View the Subscription provider

If you subscribed to ClassDojo Plus via Google Play, your subscription is managed by Google Play and will need to be canceled through the subscription plan on your Android device.

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store
  2. Sign into your Google account
  3. Tap the three-lined menu bar and select "Subscriptions" 
  4. Select "ClassDojo"
  5. Tap "Cancel subscription"
  6. Follow the feedback prompts, then confirm your cancellation on the pop-up

Please Note:

  • Deleting your ClassDojo parent account will NOT cancel your ClassDojo Plus Subscription. 
  • Your Google Play account will be charged 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. 
  • Subscription features will remain in your account until the end of the current paid period after canceling.
