Having Trouble Syncing Noise Meter and Your Computer?

If you're having an issue getting your Noise Meter to appear on your computer, there are a couple steps you can take:

1) Ensure that your microphone permissions are set to "allow" on your browser

You should see a pop-up appear in the left corner asking for permission.  Click "Allow" to give access.

2) Be sure your app is up to date

Delete and reinstall the app to ensure you have the latest version available.  Even if an update isn't available, this can help with syncing issues.

3) Ensure you're using the latest version of Google Chrome

Chrome is the most powerful browser and the best fit for our program.  If you're not using it, please try switching over to ensure optimal functionality and compatibility.  You can check your browser version here.

If you're still having issues syncing after this, please contact us at hello@classdojo.com for assistance.
