Messaging Multiple Parents at Once

Web, iOS, Android

From the Web

1. Open your class
2. Click on the “Messages” tab 
3. Click on the blue + sign next to “New message” on the left side of the screen                                       
4. Select the grey check mark beside each parent’s name that you would like to message. (The check mark will turn blue to indicate they will be included on the message) 
5. Click “Next”
6. Type your message in the box and then click send to send it right away or the blue downward facing arrow to schedule the message. 

Please note: Your message will be sent to each parent individually. It will not create a group thread.

iOS  

1. Open your class
2. Tap the “Messages” button in the bottom right corner of the screen    
3. Tap the "+" symbol to compose a new Message
4. Select each parent you'd like included in the message, then tap "Next"   
5. Compose your message and tap "Send"

Note: You can also schedule messages by tapping the clock icon

Android

1. Open your class
2. Tap the “Messages” button in the bottom right corner of the screen  
3. Tap the "+" symbol with speech bubble in the top right corner of the screen to compose a new Message
4. Select the parents you'd like included in the message and tap "Next"  
5. Compose your message then tap the blue arrow to send

Note: You can also schedule messages by tapping the clock icon
