Messaging Multiple Parents at Once

From the Web

  1. Open your class
  2. Click on the “Messages” tab multiple_1.jpg
  3. Click on the blue + sign next to “New message” on the left side of the screen

  4. Select the grey checkmark beside each parent’s name that you would like to message. (The checkmark will turn blue to indicate they will be included in the message) multiple_3.jpg
  5. Click “Next”
  6. Type your message in the box and then click send to send it right away or the blue downward-facing arrow to schedule the message. multiple_4.jpg

Please note: Your message will be sent to each parent individually. It will not create a group thread.

iOS  

  1. Open your class
  2. Tap the “Messages” button in the bottom right corner of the screen   Updated_Helpdesk_article_images__80__1_.png 
  3. Tap the "+" symbol to compose a new Message
  4. Select each parent you'd like included in the message, then tap "Next"   
  5. Compose your message and tap "Send". You can also schedule messages by tapping the clock icon

Please note: Your message will be sent to each parent individually. It will not create a group thread.

Android

  1. Open your class
  2. Tap the “Messages” button in the bottom right corner of the screen  
  3. Tap the "+" symbol with the speech bubble in the top right corner of the screen to compose a new Message

  4. Select the parents you'd like included in the message and tap "Next"  
  5. Compose your message then tap the blue arrow to send. You can also schedule messages by tapping the clock icon

Please note: Your message will be sent to each parent individually. It will not create a group thread.
